Bunnahabhain 20 Year Old 1997 Palo Cortado Cask Finish
A Limited Edition 20 Year Old Islay Single Malt from Bunnahabhain distillery, which has enjoyed a finishing period in casks that once held Palo Cortado sherry. The whisky was distilled in November 1997 and bottled in April 2018 at cask strength.
Only 1,620 bottles released.
Nose: Fresh berries and cream, with pecan, walnut, rich oak and vanilla.
Taste: Mouth-coating with dried fruit, roasted nuts and a touch of cocoa.
Finish: Long, dry finish, with a hint of nutmeg.
