Highland Park 12 Year Old is from the Island region, being Scotland’s northernmost distillery near Kirkwall on Orkney. 
This Scotch combines the perfect balance of smoke and sweetness.  It is a cornucopia of complex flavors balanced to provide a smooth and creamy finish.

PLEASE NOTE:This is the newer 12 Year old, matured entirely in sherry casks. For the older bottling, which was matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, please see the Gift Set which combines the older version of the 12 Year Old in 750ml bottle with a 50ml miniature bottle of the Dark Origins, now also discontinued.

Citrus fruits.

Taste:
Smoky, charred sweetness, smooth, heather, malt, spice orange,jasmine.

Finish:
Long finish with a balance of citrus and spice.
