Part of the Cask Strength Robust & Intense Series, this is Release No. 1, bottled in 2020. It was matured predominantly in sherry seasoned American oak casks of different ages, hand-selected by Gordon Motion, Highland Park’s Master Whisky Maker.

Nose: Sweet and smoky, with aromas of violets and ripe vanilla pods.

Taste: Soft toffee, heather honey, freshly grated nutmeg, sun-ripened citrus fruits.

Finish: Long, lingering finish leaves the impression of warm crème brûlée and exotic Eastern spices.
