Springbank 12 Year Old 2024 Cask Strength Batch 25
The 2024 edition, Batch 25, of 12 Year Old Cask Strength from Springbank was matured in in 70% Bourbon casks and 30% Sherry casks.
   Nose:   Fine smoke, vanilla, apple compote with a dash of lemon, mint, mineral-salty notes, caramel, light raisins, white pepper, candied orange peel, cardboard, diesel, malt, canned mango, delicate oak.
   Taste:   Vanilla, oranges, mango, caramel, cane sugar, cardboard, salt water, canned mandarins, a hint of passion fruit, ginger, sweet liquorice, lime, oak spice.
   Finish:   Medium-long finish. Vanilla, candied orange peel, caramel.
