Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unopened bottles within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original packaging and condition. To be eligible for a return:
- The whiskey bottle must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
Non-returnable items:
- Opened or partially consumed bottles.
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer.
- Gift cards.
International Shipping & Returns
For international orders, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Customs duties, taxes, and fees incurred during shipping are non-refundable. If your item was damaged in transit or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Approval: Once we review your request, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.
- Return Shipping: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
- Confirmation: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that the timing of your refund may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund after reviewing the case.
