Benromach Contrasts Peat Smoke 2014 Sherry Cask Finished
Part of the Contrasts Peat Smoke releases from Benromach, a small batch made with heavily peated barley, this is the 2014 Peat Smoke Sherry Cask.
It was matured for 8 years in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels and finished in first-fill sherry hogshead casks, before being bottled in 2023.
   Nose:   Sweet vanilla and stewed fruit aromas.
   Taste:   Citrus, summer berry, intense bonfire peat, vanilla and honey.
   Finish:  Peat smoke and ginger.
