GlenAllachie 10 Year Old Cask Strength Batch 3 Single Malt Whisky
This is Batch 3 of the GlenAllachie 10 Year Old Cask Strength whiskies.
For this edition, master distiller Billy Walker has chosen whisky aged in a combination of first and second-fill bourbon, PX puncheon, Oloroso hogsheads and virgin oak casks. Matured for 10 years and bottled at cask strength in May 2019.
Only 3,500 bottles released.
   Nose:   Red apple, charlotte, strawberry, bark and a hint of mint.
   Taste:   Dried berries, tannins, spices, red apple.
   Finish:   Medium length, with tones of red apple, strawberry, spice and oak.
Note: Product has come from a private collection, minor markings are inevitable and collectors should have reasonable expectations in this regard.
